Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Third-Party Services and APIs

Our Service utilizes several third-party APIs and services to function optimally. By using our Application, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by the following services:

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in our Application. AdMob collects and uses certain data, including your mobile advertising ID, IP address, and usage data, to provide personalized and non-personalized ads.
• AppLovin: We use AppLovin to serve advertisements. AppLovin may collect device identifiers and usage data to provide targeted advertising and analytics.
• Unity Ads: We integrate Unity Ads for advertising purposes. Unity may collect device information, IP addresses, and app usage events to provide personalized advertising.
• Meta Audience Network: We use Meta Audience Network to serve targeted advertisements. Meta may collect and use device identifiers and usage data based on your interactions with ads.
• InMobi: We use InMobi to deliver contextual and personalized advertisements. InMobi collects information such as your device identifier, IP address, and advertisement interactions to improve ad relevance.
• Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore & Functions: We use Firebase to manage user accounts, login, store profile information, host public user interactions, and handle background processing.
• Gemini API (AI Bot): Our AI assistant processes your text and voice queries. Chat messages are sent to the Gemini API for processing. Users can delete their AI chat history.
• Bybit API: Used to fetch cryptocurrency trading signals, live market data, and real-time prices.
• Deriv WebSocket: Used to fetch Forex and metals trading signals and live market data.
• OneSignal: We use OneSignal to send push notifications and in-app messages regarding application updates and price alerts.

• To process Calculators: To process calculations locally on your device without storing them on our servers.
• To deliver Price Alerts: To monitor market prices against your custom configurations and send you automated notifications.
• To contact You: To contact You regarding updates, price alert triggers, or informative communications.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (due to the financial and trading nature of the content). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under this age limit, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
